A full refund will be available if requested in writing and received by June 1, 2010. Between June 1, 2010 and June 30, 2010 any payment in excess of the deposit will be available for refund if requested in writing (the deposit will not be refunded). No refund will be made after June 30, 2010. Butler Showchoir Showcase reserves the right to cancel the event and return all registration fees in the event of insufficient registration. The liability of Butler Showchoir Showcase is limited to the registration fee.
