We have a limitation on the number of participants housed in the dormitories. Dorm rooms for each gender will be assigned in the order fully completed registration forms, with deposits, are received. A roommate preference listed on your registration form will not save a spot for that individual. Those registering after our maximum dorm capacity has been reached will be placed on a waiting list.
